Job Description

Oliver James is partnering with a leading financial services provider based in Zurich who is looking to hire a BSI CRM Developer to support the implementation of business requirements within the BSI Customer Suite on a contract basis. 
The role offers up to 40% home office and provides the opportunity to contribute to a long term transformation project in the wealth management sector. 
Responsibilities:  
Cost estimation, conception, and implementation of business requirements across BSI.CRM, BSI.EIP, and BSI.CX modules 
Development of solution options in collaboration with Product Owners, architects, consultants, and developers 
Close cooperation with BSI stakeholders, including project management, consultants, developers, and operations 
Integration of various third-party systems via BSI.EIP 
Support in the migration to the latest BSI software version 
Contribution to incident resolution and bug fixing activities
