Building Administration Officer - Pasay

Commercial Area Officer supervises maintenance services to ensure the proper upkeep of the commercial area, including its amenities, utilities, and equipment; undertake activities that relate to tenancy such as house rules and accounts management; and interact with stakeholders including property managers and residents, in accordance with company standards of safety, cleanliness, and orderliness for the purpose of achieving company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct planning and supervision for engineering activities, which include electro‑mechanical equipment operation, maintenance, and engineering project management;
• Supports tenant’s utility equipment and the promotion and implementation of mall‑wide regulations and policies.
