Additional Salary Information
You will also be entitled to a retention payment of £4,000 per year based on 37hrs per week or pro rata for hours worked.
This retention payment will be split into two payments, in December and June.
You become eligible for the payment after 6 months employment and successful completion of your probationary period.
The payment of this retention payment is due to be reviewed in 6 months.
