In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring all essential services are maintained, enabling clinical departments to focus on delivering excellent patient treatment while meeting all statutory and regulatory requirements. You will take ownership of a diverse range of maintenance tasks, applying your expertise to fault‑find and repair key building elements, including fire doors, locks and security systems, roofing, windows, and leaks, as well as contributing to minor developments and broader building works.
