Building Services Engineer - Electrical

The Role

As a member of the Estates Delivery discipline within UK Defence Operations, the Building Services Engineer role will be bias to an electrical specialisation but will be expected to deliver both Electrical & Mechanical aspects of building services, undertaking pre-preventive maintenance, repair, and reactive tasks.

Day-to-day, you will provide maintenance support (including installations; planned, preventive & corrective maintenance) in relation to site services, plant / equipment & buildings.

 
Your responsibilities will include:

Provide estate and equipment maintenance support across the two sites, mainly focussed on electrical elements but also across other areas and disciplines

Prioritisation of work programme to satisfy business needs according to need

Form part of the on-call rota within the Maintenance Team
