Main Purpose:
The Building Support Assistant (BSA) shall undertake works, under the guidance of the Technical Management team, technicians, and craftsman, on all aspects of engineering plant and equipment for both planned and reactive maintenance. Undertake planned maintenance and reactive repairs, working from training programmes, work procedures and operational manuals, recording and logging readings, carrying out basic adjustments and repairs with careful documentation and recording on service sheets and work orders. Carrying out ductwork cleaning, filter changing, lamp and tube replacement including cleaning plant, equipment, plant rooms, plenums and electrical sub-stations as required.
