Building Systems Manager

<p><strong>Purpose of the role</strong></p> <p>The Building Systems Manager will be responsible for the management, optimisation, and integration of key operational systems across a digitally enabled hospital estate. This includes CAFM systems, API-driven platforms supporting real-time monitoring, automation, compliance, and performance reporting working alongside the BMS Engineer.</p> <p>A core responsibility of the role is to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and governance of building and asset data across all systems, recognising this as critical to operational efficiency, compliance assurance, and informed decision-making.</p> <p>The role will look to ensure that systems are fully integrated, data-driven, and aligned to support efficient hospital operations, statutory compliance, and service delivery performance through continuity of service.<...
