Accountability Statement

The Buildings Maintenance Operator is responsible for ensuring safe and efficient facility operations, maintaining all buildings under the Northlander Facilities Management portfolio.

Major Duties / Responsibilities

• Utilize the Maintenance ticket system to log all maintenance requests, including regular updates and ticket closure.
• Perform filter maintenance, minor internal construction, ceiling tile installation, door and lock repairs, window repair, moves, grounds keeping, loading dock maintenance, lighting, sinks, toilets, energy and elevator maintenance.
