Bus Depot Operations Lead (500+ Crew)

SMRT Corporation, Ltd. is seeking a capable supervisor to manage a large team of Bus Captains in Singapore.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure SOPs and instructions are circulated to ground staff promptly, and coordinate attendance and HR data in the relevant systems. You will ensure leave quotas for the depot are adhered to and support planning and communication across shifts, contributing to safe, reliable transport services.
