This position is primarily responsible for business analysis, process improvement, and requirements documentation of business processes that will inform the design and development of systems for BITS Modernization efforts. The selected candidate in this position will work closely with stakeholders, DEB Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), DEB Agency customers(“Agencies”), and DGS, Information Systems and Services (ISS), development teams. The Business Analyst will report to the Business Owner to ensure business requirements, enhancements, modifications, and newly identified business initiatives are thoroughly documented for successful implementation of Information Technology solution(s).
