Business Analyst

Ignite are looking to hear from experienced Business Analyst for our client which focusses on more sustainable and prosperous Australia through biosecurity, agricultural production and trade.

Location: ACT or Brisbane Only
Duration: 12 months with 2x 12 months extension options
Citizenship Requirements: Must be an Australian Citizen with Baseline clearance (mandatory)

Responsibilities:

Working with business and product stakeholders to understand their needs for monitoring, covering service level expectations and current pain points

Identify gaps in monitoring and logging that need to be addressed

Undertake detailed analysis of data to support the development of monitoring and notification solutions.

Create a comprehensive list of logs, events, and metrics
