Job Summary
The Business Analyst is responsible for driving business value realisation across the Digital Transformation portfolio. The role bridges business stakeholders and delivery teams by translating complex business needs into clear testable requirements and actionable delivery artefacts including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories and acceptance criteria while ensuring end‑to‑end alignment across product owners, developers and QA teams.
Duties & Responsibilities A. Requirements Elicitation & Discovery- Lead workshops, interviews and process walkthroughs to capture functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Analyse current‑state (AS‑IS) and define target‑state (TO‑BE) processes identifying pain points and opportunities for automation and optimisation.
- Build stakeholder alignment on scope, assumptions, constraints, dependencies and priorities.
