JOB DESCRIPTION
Technical Business Analyst (BA) focused on Disputes Process and Technology. This role is intended to partner closely with the Disputes Line of Business, Product Owner, and Technical leads to facilitate and enable the advancement of process and technology work. Specifically, interpret and document business/technical requirements, build and manage project/initiative timelines, build and manage testing program including execution of some UAT testing.
Candidates should be quick to learn and get up to speed on the processes, technology, and ongoing initiatives.
Be a strong written and oral communicator, using data to make points and adapting content to the audience.
