Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business, functional, and non‑functional requirements.
- Prepare clear, well‑structured documentation, including BRS, SRS, user stories, interface specification documents, user guides, and UAT test cases.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to support effective solution delivery.
- Conduct internal UAT to validate that the solution meets business and quality requirements.
- Assist clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support issue resolution.
- Participate in meetings, walkthroughs, and requirement validation sessions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and clarify their business needs.
- Conduct user training sessions and prepare training materials.
- Perform gap analysis between existing systems and client‑specific requirements.
