Business Architect for the Customer Electric Outage Experience team with a focus on defining technology plans.

Drive deep into quantitative data with curiosity to understand trends and identify levers to increase customer experience.

Estimate implementation costs and support change teams by describing the technology implementation to develop processes, communications, and job-aids.

Responsibilities:

Create architectural vision aligned with product vision.

Evolve technical vision to incorporate new technologies.

Challenge current/future technical needs and work towards enterprise standardization across customer channels.
