**Business Associate**
**Salary**: $2,000 - $2,500 USD Monthly

As an Impact Associate, you will be integral in ensuring the smooth operational execution of impact tracking & reporting for the programs at the Foundation in Latin America (incl. Mexico, Chile & Peru).
You will also play a pivotal role in incorporating learnings into our products and program, thereby enhancing, and expanding the influence of our work.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Excellence & Data Management**
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of frameworks for tracking and monitoring key process indicators of the different programs
- Support the development of the Foundation programs data and learning strategy, including maintaining and updating data dashboards
