Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparation, reporting and delivery of bank deposits.
• Administration of Branch Purchase Order System, and reporting of petty cash system.
• Maintenance, processing and reporting of both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Systems for the Branch.
• Preparation and distribution of Business Centre Work Orders.
• Processing and reporting of month end reports.
