Forecast & budget activities:
Coordination & reporting forecasting, Budgeting.
Weekly Review calls with branches
Monthly Region Results review
HO review/global visitor presentation coordination-As & when needed
NBS/MOD- Order book,P2P,FCM,DOA,OR analysis:
Order Book review & drive forecast cost discipline with branches
Quarterly job level review for profitability with Branches & Region Team
Financial Control Module review for branches & follow-up actions
OR analysis & insights to Region Director (Analysis by Segment,Single vs Bulk, LR vs MR)-
Service - Pricing, variable cost, productivity, slow & nonmoving, compliance:
