Captivea is a recognized Odoo integration expert operating internationally. As we continue expanding in Canada, we are opening a Business Developer role in Calgary to grow our local presence and drive new business opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

Build and grow your local network

• Develop and engage a strong professional network (events, meetups, business clubs, trade shows, etc.)
• Identify key prospects and build trust-based relationships with decision-makers
• Increase Captivea’s visibility within the local business ecosystem

Generate and close new business opportunities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities
• Understand client needs and position tailored Odoo solutions
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation, and closing
