Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification & Categorization: Act as the first point of contact for leads to verify prospecting quality and ensure they meet the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Support Go-To-Market Execution: Assist in the implementation of GTM plans by aligning sales efforts with growth strategies (Acquisition & Activation).
- Pipeline Management: Manage and optimize the sales funnel within HubSpot, ensuring lead data integrity and proper categorization.
- Data-Driven Prospecting: Use data analysis to identify patterns in high-quality leads and improve targeting efficiency, generating Sales Qualified Leads.
- Funnel Optimization: Monitor the flow from Initial Contact → Qualified Lead → Opportunity to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Collaborative Growth: Work closely with the Marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality coming from performance campaigns (Meta, Google Ads).
