Business Development Executive – LinkedIn Outreach & Upwork (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements

• 1+ year of hands‑on experience in LinkedIn outreach, outbound lead generation, and Upwork bidding.
• Proven experience generating leads and booking meetings through LinkedIn and outbound channels.
• Strong experience bidding on engineering and software development projects on Upwork.
• Good understanding of software development services, including MERN Stack, AI/ML, and custom web applications.
• Ability to understand client requirements and contribute to project scoping and solution positioning.
• Experience writing tailored proposals and responding effectively to client queries.
