We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Head to lead and scale our commercial growth efforts in the managed office and workspace solutions sector. This role will drive strategic partnerships, expand market presence, and accelerate revenue by aligning business opportunities with evolving client needs in a competitive, high‑growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• At least 8 to 10 years of progressive business development experience, preferably in commercial real estate, managed office solutions, workspace services, or B2B services.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or people‑management role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets and building high‑impact commercial partnerships.
