Qualifications

• Native Spanish speaker, confident in English conversation.
• Outgoing, personable and charismatic with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously and thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
• Very interested in making a real impact on society.
• Identify with our values.
• Recent graduate in Business or a similar degree.
• Experience as SDR/BDR and knowledge of sales cycles in a corporate environment is a plus.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar is a plus.
