- Support projects covering Customer Experience, Seller Operations and Risk. Excellent opportunity to gain first‑hand insights into e‑commerce operations specifically in areas such as logistic fulfilment, return & refund processes etc
- Assist in conducting market research and analysis to support the development and implementation of key initiatives
- Review and automate data collection and aggregation processes to build dashboards for management reporting
- Support data investigation by reviewing and tidying raw data to derive meaningful insights to support operational excellence
- Collaborate with other functional teams to drive business insights and improvements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher
