Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the Business Development Manager (BDM) will represent the entire range of ELMO products, offering strategic solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for developing and growing new business opportunities for our extensive suite of HR & Payroll software solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing clear strategies for value generation and achieving quarterly revenue targets.
Managing the entire sales process: prospecting, demonstrations, proposals, and closing deals.
Strategically consulting with key client stakeholders to understand required organisational outcomes.
Maintaining accurate documentation of lead generation and opportunities within Salesforce CRM.
