Business Development Manager

The Power & Energy Solutions (PES) Business Development team is seeking a Business Development Representative / Manager who will be a key member of the team responsible for originating and advancing non‑regulated growth opportunities across the PES portfolio, including power generation, energy storage, and low‑carbon initiatives.

What you'll do

• Originate, develop, and implement business development strategies aligned with PES growth priorities.
• Identify and screen potential business development opportunities, partnerships, and commercial structures.
• Support (Representative) or lead (Manager) negotiations and preparation of commercial agreements with customers, partners, and counterparties.
• Coordinate multi‑disciplinary, cross‑functional teams including Strategy, Finance, Engineering, Legal, Commercial Marketing, Operations, and Environmental to define opportunity scope, assess risks, and develop cost and value estimates.
