Business Development Manager - Operations Software

The Technology Business Development Manager drives growth of industrial operations software solutions across manufacturing and process industries through consultative, techno-commercial selling. The role owns opportunities end-to-end—from value discovery and solution architecture to commercial structuring—working closely with sales account teams, other business development managers, technical support teams.

We are looking for candidates who are open to be based in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia.

• Shaping Customer Strategy: Position operations software as a primary business value driver and translate complex operational challenges into clear software use cases and roadmaps.
