Job Description
Role and responsibilities
As Business Development Manager / Country Head for France, you will be the face of APPL in the French market. You will own the full commercial cycle from identifying new opportunities to closing deals while also providing strategic leadership for country-level growth, in alignment with the European Sales Director.
Incumbent of this position will report to Simran Singh and have the following responsibilities:
- Achieve regional sales targets, revenue growth, and market share objectives.
- Appoint and manage distributors (exclusive or non-exclusive) with an initial combined stock order value of at least €1 million across product lines.
- Initiate business with key end-user clients CDMO/CMO (Contract Development Manufacturing Organization / Contract Manufacturing Organization) in the European Union.
- Develop OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) partnerships with leading manufacturers.
