Job Description
What You'll Be Doing:
- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation - Identify, engage, and convert businesses that need to hire talents. Use creative strategies, networking, and outreach to bring them on board.
- Manage & Lead a Small Team - Oversee 1-2 interns/ Temp staff focused on cold calling and outreach. Guide them, set targets, and ensure they're effectively engaging potential clients.

- Collaboration with Candidate Acquisition Teams - Work closely with the team responsible for attracting job seekers, ensuring a steady talent pipeline for clients.
