Business Development Representative

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to help us build our outbound engine from the ground up. This is not a traditional SDR role. We are not looking for someone who follows scripts, processes inbound leads, or waits for marketing to generate pipeline. We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities, create conversations, and generate demand where none exists. You'll work directly with the founders and leadership team to define our outbound strategy, build prospecting workflows, experiment with messaging, leverage AI tools, and create pipeline from scratch.
