- Bachelor s degree in a related field or High School Diploma/GED with at least four years of relevant experience, plus a minimum of three years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role
- Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, along with building automation and business solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps
- Strong ability to analyze complex business problems, translate data into actionable insights, and communicate recommendations effectively to influence stakeholders and drive process improvements
