Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
- Data cleansing of data collected and creation of dashboards for clients
- Support the development of reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and document business requirements
- Help model and map current and future state business processes
- Conduct market or competitor research to support strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with team members for ad hoc analysis
- Improve and review CRM system based on business needs and requirements
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
