Business manager Internship

You will join our team in Lisbon, Portugal, as a Business Manager Intern, supporting the development of our Information System & Digital business lines. You will gain hands-on experience in business development and recruitment activities within a multicultural and dynamic environment, directly contributing to the expansion of our company.

Your Missions:

• Conduct cold calls and prospecting to identify potential clients
• Support the preparation of presentations and commercial proposals
• Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities
• Participate in the search and pre-selection of candidates
• Contribute to the definition of recruitment strategies and talent network creation
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure an efficient recruitment process
• Assist in onboarding and integration of new team members
