Business Partner, Talent Acquisition (Hamilton LRT Project)

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition. The incumbent delivers full‑cycle recruitment support for the Hamilton LRT project, partnering across Aecon’s Utility and Civil sectors. The role focuses on attracting top talent, building strong hiring manager relationships, and driving creative sourcing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full‑cycle recruitment for all open roles across the Utilities and Civil division, including sourcing, resume screening, phone screens, interviews, reference checks, and job offer extension.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies and channels to build a pipeline of candidates.
• Maintain an active professional online presence and prospect talent through networks and social media.
• Provide trusted hiring manager advice using diverse interviewing and assessment techniques.
