Responsibilities

The Business Performance Consultant supports corporate and departmental initiatives related to business process improvement, performance measurement, project management, and training development. This role leads and supports projects, conducts research and analysis, and provides recommendations to enhance programs, services, and operational outcomes.

This role oversees the full lifecycle of end user computing and AV products, including strategic planning, budgeting, pricing standards, rollouts, support, and asset refresh initiatives. It acts as a technical and project delivery resource, applying Agile project management practices to plan, coordinate, and execute projects, assess business processes, gather requirements, and recommend improvements.
