Job Description
Job Summary
- Responsible non-financial risk management to enable front to back, seamless, client focused delivery and reduction of residual risk for the Transaction Banking Cash Digital Assets business.
- Work with stakeholders across 1LOD including relevant Risk leads, 2LOD and 3LOD to streamline processes, enhance productivity, reduce risk and improve controls for non-Financial risks
- Tracking and validating the residual risk and treatment plans impacting the Digital Assets business. This includes:
- Reviewing secondary metrics and OREs to identify root causes for incidents.
- Work with product, process owners and 2LOD and partners to define treatment plans to address risk and reduce the risk profile
- Partner with the Cash Product team to ensure that the relevant risks for all new / materially changed products are managed through treatment plans and actions.
