Job Description

The position will provide opportunity to focus on the CIB Business Change Management (BCM) & Expense Management that provides a range of services to support the JP Morgan CIB business globally.
The primary function of the group is onboarding and off boarding of users within CIB, and partnering with a number of teams globally to ensure the necessary requests raised are completely in a timely manner. The team also manage and oversee a number of additional processes and validation exercises.
Job Responsibilities:
Management of end to end process of On & Offboarding process.
Drive technology agenda by controlling and provisioning of technology hardware, applications and market data management.
Real Estate/Space planning: maintenance of floor plans, move management, cost allocation and adhoc projects. Drive efficiency within CIB footprint.
