 :Role Summary:
The Business Systems/Operation Analyst will use your knowledge of business objectives, processes, products, technology, and quality concepts to:
Partner with business and technology areas to ensure the delivery of quality solutions that meet the needs of the business in a production support capacity
Maintain and govern planning and reporting systems using Oracle suite of applications (EPM Cloud, SmartView Ad hoc query).
Provide business application support in a production environment to meet Service Level Agreements.
What will you do: 
Responsible to provide day-to-day user and operational support for the Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including but not limited to identification, tracking and troubleshooting of system issues, and administration/maintenance of system configurations
