Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication between supplier and other departments of the company, such as (but not limited to) Engineering and Quality with suppliers.
- Analyze demands and place required PO's based on MRP signal.
- Follow up on purchase order confirmation with suppliers.
- Follow up on shipment confirmations, import, receiving and inspection process.
- Responsible until material is released on conformance stores.
- Have good communication skills with suppliers.
- Execute their workload using purchasing good practices.
- Following up on time delivery from suppliers.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels, based on demand signal.
- Attend meeting and phone calls in a timely manner.
- Provides an efficient and fast response over emails requests.
- Performs purchasing guidelines to achieve the company goals.
