Job Description
A well-established commercial fit-out and refurbishment contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their Sydney team.
The business delivers a strong pipeline of healthcare, workplace, defence and government fit-out projects, up to $5M.
Fast-paced role, working closely with Project Managers across a range of diverse fit-out projects and live environments
Key Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractor packages end-to-end (RFQs, letting, awards, final accounts)
- Prepare and manage variations and EOT claims
- Administer head contract obligations
- Review RFIs, invoices and cost reports
- Support commercial management across multiple projects
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ CA experience in Australian commercial construction
