**Job Requirements**
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Providing end-user technical support to CAD users
- Collaborating with Digital Technology management and end user stakeholders to develop CAD strategies.
- Developing and executing CAD version upgrade plans and version standards
- Driving adherence to best practices to improve user effectivity & streamline business processes.
- Overseeing and monitoring licenses and ensuring compliance with licensing constraints
- Authoring self-help and technical documentation
- Maintaining standard CAD components and templates
- Functioning as a single point of contact between end users and software vendors
- Helping to maintain testing and lab environments for troubleshooting of reported issues.
- Packaging and customizing CAD software and customized installations for rollout and self-serve installations.
- Facilitating CAD/CAM user group meetings and learning sessions
