Job Description
- Assist Cage Management in achieving Cage Key Performance objectives.
- Implement Cage Management decisions regarding staffing levels in each of the Casino Cages, and ensure the operation runs effectively and efficiently in accordance with established service standards.
- Ensure constructive and productive working relationships and the timely and accurate dissemination of information is maintained with other departments across Nustar, ensuring consistent service delivery.
- Assist with maintaining business improvement processes that enhance operational systems efficiency.
- Assist with the development, maintenance and revision of policies and procedures pertaining to Cage operations.
- Ensure all duties are performed in strict compliance with relevant policies and procedures. i.e., PAGCOR, AML and Internal Control Procedures.
