Cainiao-Overseas Regional Manager-Korea

1. Responsible for the operation management of outsourcing partners in South Korea, improve efficiency and capabilities of warehouse, customs, local & international transportation;
2. Build the core capabilities of overseas supply chains, set up self-operated teams, and be responsible for 2B/2C warehousing operations, import and export customs declaration, and local express collection/transportation capabilities;
3. Responsible for local business development, key account services, price setting, and increase business volume in the region;
4. Responsible for the improvement and promotion of logistics projects, improve the information system;
5. Monitor KPIs and operational performance from operational/financial perspective, and formulate and implement solutions to continuously improve performance.

1，负责韩国物流合作方的运营管理，搭建运营管理体系建设，提升物流效能，降低物流成本，系统化体系推动仓干关配各环节物流能力及服务能力提升；
2，搭建海外供应链核心能力，搭建并培养团队，负责2B/2C仓储作业能力，进出口关务，本地快递/运输能力搭建
3，负责属地业务拓展，商家服务，价格制定，提升本地区业务量；
