Hiring: Call Center Agent – Bacolod (Onsite)

We are currently looking for Call Center Agents in Bacolod City. Open to experienced applicants and even first-time call center applicants who are willing to learn.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, or account issues
• Provide clear and helpful information about the service
• Resolve concerns in a professional and friendly manner
• Follow company guidelines and call procedures

Qualifications

• At least High School or Senior High School Graduate
• With or without call center experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willing to work onsite in Bacolod
• Willing to work shifting schedule
