• Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience Level: 0–2 years
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong customer service skills, experience with Salesforce, familiarity with call center operations
