KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support daily Quality activities for the Wellbeing category in Canada, ensuring products comply with quality standards and local regulations. Interface routinely with Operation Companies, Collaborative manufacturers, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain operational quality control. Implement and maintain post-launch monitoring processes to proactively identify potential product quality issues and escalate critical cases appropriately. Monitor, record, and trend consumer complaints related to Wellbeing products in the Canadian market. Evaluate complaint data for severity, recurrence, and potential quality or safety signals.
