Role Summary

The purpose of this role is to:

• Actively supervise customers and ensure they behave safely while having fun in an enjoyable environment.
• Maintain a high level of overall customer satisfaction, safety awareness, and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies or patrons in difficulty.
