Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Cards Test Manager to lead end‑to‑end test strategy, execution, and governance for card payment platforms.
Experience: 8+ years (7+ in Cards/Payments)
Key Responsibilities
- Own test strategy and release readiness for issuing & acquiring systems
- Lead testing across the full card transaction lifecycle (authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation)
- Manage scheme & regulatory testing for Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, UnionPay, JCB
- Drive quality metrics, defect management, and environment readiness
- Enable test automation, tooling, and non‑functional testing (performance/resilience)
- Collaborate with technology, compliance, risk, and business teams
