Job Description

Role:
We are recruiting for a Care Support Worker to provide person-centred support to individuals and their carers. The aim of the role is to enable individuals to live independently, maintain their health and wellbeing, and actively participate in their community while preserving dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality personal, social, and domestic care in line with individual support plans

Promote independence using a “doing with, not doing for” approach

Respect individual lifestyles, choices, and equality principles at all times

Maintain confidentiality and uphold dignity in all aspects of care

Work in accordance with Health & Safety regulations
