Fulltime 6:30 a.m to 3:00 p.m. with rotating schedule for on call and snow removal

Responsibilities:
+ Install and maintain ceiling systems such as but limited to acoustical tile and suspension systems.
+ Must have knowledge of and experience with Fire/smoke door assemblies as it relates to the installation, inspection and repair.
+ Set hollow metal door jambs and hang doors.
+ Install and repair various flooring systems.
+ Knowledge of general construction techniques and materials such as ability to install metals studs and drywall, install glass and glazing.
+ Is able to work at heights off of ladders and scaffold in order to perform maintenance, repairs and new installation of above systems
+ Assists in snow removal duties
+ Performs wheelchair and litter maintenance and repairs.
+ Must be able to demonstrate the ability to read a rule.
